Adding or removing participants updates the conversation attributes, so an accurate named user keeps your reporting clean and makes sure the right person sees your replies.
Update the participants
To change the user named on the conversation, use the participants panel.
Open the conversation, then click the triple dot icon.
Select Manage participants.
Remove the current participant.
Locate and select the new participant.
Select Update.
🤓 Tip: You can also click your reply window and select the named users there, which lets you edit who is included in a single response without changing the conversation.
